Position

    Fault indicator of power line is an intelligent device installed on overhead line, power cable, cabinet transformer, ring main unit, switch cabinet of power distribution room and cable branch cabinet to detect online and indicate short circuit and single-phase ground fault. When there is short circuit or ground fault, the line tracing personnel may rapidly confirm the faulty line section and find out fault points by means of alarm display of the fault indicator. The fault indicator with communication may realize remote transmission of fault signals, may combine the communication terminal equipment and background monitor to constitute an automatic positioning system so as to rapidly and accurately position and get rid of the faulty section, by which it shorts the power failure time and significantly improves the reliability of power supply system.
